There is absolutely nothing in the printer. No paper, no debris, not anything. Yet it still gives me the error message that there is a paper jam and won't allow me to do anything else until the paper jam is cleared, which i can't do because there is no paper in the printer. I'm about to call Kodak, just wondering if anyone else had this problem and how they fixed it?
Looks like the sensor for paper jam is causing you problems.
Worst thing is that Kodak discontinued the whole 5xxx series because of all the problems those printers had.
I don't know if you will be able to fix the problem through Kodak support, I guess you will have to give them a call.
