Hi there I have got a toshiba satellite c50d-b-120 laptop and the other day I turned it off then in the morning I woke up and tried to turn it on but won't start need help asap

Verify the power adapter is working with multimeter. Should display 19.5v

Drain capacitors - Remove power plug and battery from laptop. Hold power button down for 30 seconds. Put battery back in and plug in. Try to turn it on.

If it turns on but you are getting no display, plug in an external monitor to see if it's a display issue

I've recently bought a Toshiba laptop. Model C50D-A-13G. Previous owner has set up a BIOS password and forgot it (!!) My job now is to unlock it. BIOS doesn't generate any code after 3 wrong password...

Unless wiping the laptop clean of all info (refomatting) can reset to default settings, you pretty much stuck.

My question is, why would anyone have a need to set-up a password on the BIOS?

Your job is to not unlock it, but rather go back to the original owner and work with him to try and remember it. I'm sure that he has used only a handful of passwords over time, and one of them has to work. You trying to figure it out is like trying to figure out someone's debit card pin number, which would be a total waste of time. Sell it back to him, or take it to a PC technician and hope that they know some back door tips.

Plug in charging. When charging the laptop, the amber light blink on and off indicating battery is charging. But the pile does not rise up.The power level always reads 0%.

Try removing the Battery and running the Toshiba on the mains charger alone.
I suspect the Toshiba will start up and run fine. If so, it appears that you need to buy a new Battery,
Batteries do not last a very long time and all sorts of things can shorten their lifespan.

How do i connect my toshiba satellite T135 to my toshiba hdtv

You would need to get an HDMI cable. You can get one from Monoprice.com and they are at a pretty reasonable price.

Once hooked up, you will just adjust your input on your TV to HDMI and make sure that the sound on your laptop is adjusted to the HDMI HD Digital Sound.

Please Rate. Thanks.
