The F5 error code indicates a water temperature problem. The control board circuit is not recognizing a resistance change in the water temperature sensor.
You most likely have a loose connection at the tub sensor , or a bad heater.
If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and F02 is flashed.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
NOTE: After 4 minutes the “Sud” error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.
Potential Causes
• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked • Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running. • Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects(located, and mounted on the actual pump) • If the above does not correct the problem replace the pump
FO2 is the code for long drain. The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws underneath. The panel will drop and come off.Drain off the excess water from the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a bunch of towels, a good big plastic bag or a wet vac to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in carefully.
E1 error code indicates an open thermistor or open thermistor circuit. A thermistor is a component that relays the temperature in the dryer to the control board. If the thermistor has failed, Error code E1 will be displayed.
You need to call a repair person to fix it.
