Samsung RFG297AA french door fridge has a thin layer of ice forming underneath the "pantry" (deli) drawer. The temp setting for the drawer is "chill". I have had this unit since 09/08. This situation just started occurring. I cleared the ice and it re-accumulated within 48 hours. I do not see any other signs of water/ice.
What could be the culprit? Any advice and insight is greatly appreciated!
My be an air leak,wipe/check all seals on doors and make sure doors are closing tight on seals.

Dear Master Tech: The model number is GLRT13TEB3. The problem is every time you try to open the deli drawer it falls straight down.
It is as if the tracks to hold it are too far apart? Also the tracks are part of the glass shelf.
Any help with this annoying problem would be much appreciated.

I just returned the same fridge to Lowe's where I bought it using the warranty for the same problem. The temperature sensors went out, and everyone said the computer board needed to be replaced but no one could seem to get it together enough to order us one. Month later we are getting a new fridge.
