They don't, out of the box. You have to load an App from Google Play Store, like
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.uniquedroid.camlauncher.nexus.seven

There are others, for free, read the reviews to get the best one for you. This situation is true for many things you want to do on the Nexus 7, like File Explorer, Adobe Reader, Dictionary, Games etc. It isn't like Windows. Also note that Adobe has abandoned support for Flash Player on Android devices.

How can I download flash player ?

Tap "Install" on the next screen to confirm. When Flash is installed, head into your phone's stock browser (again, Google Chrome won't support your newly-installed Flash apk). On Android 3.0 or later, go to Menu (three dots next to the address bar on some phones) > Settings > Advanced > Enable plug-ins.

Asus nexus 7 cannot use front facing camera no link to touch

This is just how it works. The camera is only designed to be used in apps such as Hangouts. The app is hidden for this reason. There was a nexus camera app in the market to allow using it.

How to put in sim card

Assuming you mean the 2013 version but I'll try both,
so for the 2013 version
  1. Turn your tablet off and place it on a flat surface with the screen facing up.
  2. Tilt the right side slightly up to find the SIM card tray near the bottom right and the small hole in the tray door.
  3. Insert a paperclip into the hole in the tray door, and push firmly but gently, the tray should pop out.
  4. snp_8a30b60eaed5a3a37f46a8c715167552992e_3271601_en_v0Remove the tray and place the micro SIM card inside it, the angle corner fits with the angled indent
  5. Push the tray it gently back into the tablet.
  6. snp_8a30b60eaed5a3a37f46a8c715167552992e_3271604_en_v0

Activate SIM card

  1. Open the Settings app snp_2918920_en_v1 and turn off Wi-Fi after completing the set-up instructions. Once Wi-Fi is off, you'll see a notification at the top of your screen.
  2. Swipe down the notification shade and touch the notification.
  3. Follow the activation instructions provided by your carrier.

For the Nexus 7 (2012) 3G use the same process noting that the tray slot and pinhole is on the left side of the device when its facing up.

*Note* : Only the Nexus 7 (2013) LTE & Nexus 7 (2012) 3G can accept a SIM card. Wi-Fi versions of the tablet can't.

I don't know how to take photos on my nexus 7

The Nexus 7 does not come with a built in camera app. I guess Google figures since there is only a front-facing camera that folks won't be taking too many photos.
I recently came across an app on Google play that will allow you to launch the camera to easily take photos. You can find the Camera Launcher App for Nexus 7 on Google Play.

How do I save photos in the asus nexus 7

Depending on what your question means I may be able to help. You are unlikely to be able to plug you camera in directly to your Nexus but with a USB card reader, a 'USB on the go' cable (available from Amazon) and Nexus Media Importer app you can view and copy stuff from your camera memory card. This works a treat. A standard USB cable won't work. Alternatively you can plug your nexus USB cable into your PC and manage your Nexus folders.
