Wont charge or turn on

Take it to a repair shop!!! Never use the wrong charger on computer equipment. Damage can occur.

If a little lamp is lit when you plug in the charger (indicating that the device is charging), then try holding the power button down longer until something appears on the screen. If no lamp is lighting when you plug in the charger then there is something else wrong. Check it is the right power supply for the device and that you are plugging into the correct hole of the device (not the earphone connector). It also may be the charger itself is not working.

Does it turn on while it's plugged in?

all I cant suggest if its still under warranty take it back to place of purchase,my flatmates boy had same problem the guy at the shop where it was brought from fix it in about 2minutes and no charge .

It could be that your batter has no charge. If you have plugged it into your car charger and it still does not turn on then try plugging it into you computer with a USB cable. If it turns on then replace your car charger. If it still does not work then your GPS either has a bad connection or something is wrong internally

If the batteries were wrong you would not get power at the joystick and you wouldn't be able to turn it on. If it is coming on and working then your problem is either a bad charger or a bad battery. If you charge the chair and the green light on the charger is on (indicting a full charge) unplug the charger and if you have a digital voltmeter put it on 200 v dc and plug the leads into the 2 outter pin holes of the charger port located under the front of the joystick you should be reading 25-27 volts after charging if less than that then either the charger didn't work or you have a bad battery or batteries. New ones sometimes can be bad. If you know of a friend or can borrow another charger try charging with it to see if it makes a difference Hope this helps

After charging it up fully, attempt to turn it on without being plugged into the charger. If it will not turn on, try turning it on while on the charger. If it does not power up and there is nothing wrong with the charger you have a phone issue. If it does power on, you need a new battery.

Sometimes what is wrong is the charging area. If for some reason your phone has been mistreated or you tend to talk while you're charging your phone, the entrance on your phone which allows you to insert the charger has become insensitive to the charger. Now the plug and the socket do not match perfectly. You may need a new phone. if you have phone insurance, u're in luck.

Get it changed with a good piece.Something wrong with either the phone/charger. I suspect your charger.

It's really sad that u r on a boat because i suggest u may need to get a desk top charger for your phone. Most times these unable to charge problems comes mostly from water damage or your phone been plugged in to the wrong voltage. Sam !
