Toro self propelled lawn electric start lawn mower does nothing

I turn the key for the electric start it does nothing. I have checked the connections all seem to be good. I have already changed the oil, air filter and spark plug this year. When not in use the lawn mower is plugged in to keep a full charge. I pull the rope and it seems like it wants to start. I have already used it twice this year and no problems. I do not know where to go from here. I am thinking a battery or the starter. The model is a Toro 22 inch Recycler it is about 4 years old.

Have a self-starting, self propelled toro lawn mower about 5 years old, I ran it out of gas by accident & now it won't start

It seems to be an obstruction in your fuel delivery system. Get a can of ether and a spray a short burst of it into the breather area near the carburetor, if the mower starts up and then stalls out, then you may need to get your carburetor serviced.

My toro self propelled lawn mower won't roll backwards... the wheels are locked up

My Toro Pace Master self propelled 22" 6.75 mower will not move by itself. I can push the mower and cut. It does start with no problem. I have a cable on left side of the mower that extends to the top of the handle broken off at the top of the mower and is loose. Is there a way to check to see if this is why it will not self propel. It attaches to the push handle that does I push down to propel the mower. Any suggestions?

Water and wet grass get into the battery compartment of my Toro Key Start self propelled lawn mower and blow fuses. All Toro repairman did was replace corroded battery, replaced fuse and wiring harness,...

"Is this a design flaw by Toro?" (sic) Well, it indeed maybe, it definitely, isn't helping the situation. Here's what to do, get some Mesh, and fasten it across the opening, this will stop most things from gaining egress, and protect what is behind, If that's not sufficient, then perhaps a Plastic, sheet (perhaps if required some holes in it). fastened, across the aperture, will work. In any case I have no doubt, you have the idea of what to do to remedy this situation.
