That is a bluetooth speaker sir. Standard device. ANY device with bluetooth should be able to use the speaker with no drivers other than the ones included on the playing device

This usually happens when your speakers has hidden feature, try to look for for appear option. When trying the next time make sure that your paired device is not connected to it, as most probably it can not connect to two devices at time.

The link to the manual is the one on the right. The pairing feature should be as simple as tapping the Bluetooth icon on the speaker. Then set your laptop to search for a new Bluetooth signal.
