It would be helpful to know what device you're talking about, what operating system and what your problem is. All I can say at this point, is to remove the memory card and reinsert it and see if it shows up them.
its showing in mobile phone
Okay, here's a few suggestions for you to try if you haven't already. Do you mean your computer says it IS a cell phone (in my computer), or that it's IN a cell phone? Is it in your phone, and are you using a cable to hook your cell phone to your computer, or are you using a card reader device to read just the card? I've used a card reader device to format microSD cards (using the adapter) with my computer before. You just stick it in a card reader, plug it into a USB port on your computer and format it like you would do any thumb drive. I have way more experience with windows and android devices than I do the newer cell phones. Depending on your answer, maybe a cell phone expert will chime in here. I do know that devices that use a memory card can format them onboard. You should find it in your settings forlder, under "memory card" or something like that. Your device should give you a choice about formatting a newly inserted card. Did the device ask you if you wanted to format or "prepare" the card when you first inserted it? Did you just pull the card out while the device was on? If you did, that might be the problem why your device isn't recognizing the card. I realize there is more than one suggestion here, but slow down and go over this post and check these things one at a time. What I would do if it was me, is I'd get a cheap card reader and format my card with my computer, because I'm more familiar with my computer.
