Those units have problems with leaks. The reset button is on the bottom of the motor and so the leak is coming though the motor. The housing on those crack pretty easy. I have even see them wear through. They are not expensive and you can easily replace it by yourself.
There is a tube going sideways being held on by one bolt... renove this and remove the disposal. There is a rubber seal that goes between the tube and the disposal, re-seat or replace it.
You need to replace it, installation should be straight forward, just amke sure you get the same model so you don't have to modify the plumbing ththat you have in place already. prices range from $90 to $250
