So, rather than pay for an entire new motor and wait for two weeks forthem to get it to me, I just made a new gear/broken thing. I crazyglued the old piece back together again and used it to make a plastermold...like the way people do with their kid's hands. Then I filledthe mold with JB Weld and let it dry. After that, I drilled a hole inthe new JB weld gear so that it would fit over the metal part in thebullet(that actually spins).

Glued it on (with more jb weld) and the thing has been making my smoothies and grinding my coffee with no more issues.

Sounds complicated, but it wasn't too bad. Funny thing is, the newpiece is probably heaps stronger than the cheap plastic thing thatbroke in the first place.

Do it yourself,
I'm tired of made-to-break products and could make anyone else one of these things for around 10 bucks!

You can use a rubber gear from one of the blades to repair the power base:

The plastic post with springs on my magic bullet are all rusted off. Where can I get replacement?

You can try contacting the manufacturer of the Magic Bullet directly to see if they offer replacement parts, including the plastic posts with springs. If they don't, you can also check online retailers or specialty kitchen appliance stores to see if they carry the parts you need. You may also be able to find third-party replacement parts on websites such as Amazon or eBay.

My magic bullet wont spin. It makes the noise but does nothing?

Your black plastic blades, which are on the bottom of the black blade attachment, that interlock with the blades on the base of the machine may be worn down. When the bullet is turned on and these are not interlocked properly they rub on each other causing the interlocking part to wear down so it no longer catches to turn the blades. As far as I know the only solution for this is to get a replacement part.

My Magic Bullet has broken. I need to know how to get it fix.

This happened to me, and I was told by the company that I had to purchase a brand new base, that the plastic turning device can not be repaired. If it is under warranty, you may not have to pay anything but shipping, and maybe not that either. If you do not have the number to the company, go on-line and and search for it. Call the company and report what the problem is.
