Touch screen not working on proscan tablet - Proscan 8" Tablet with 4GB Memory

Try this hard reset. You will lose all data. the device will be like it was new. Its your only option. Factory Reset on Proscan PLT7223G or Tablet Vol Rocker

with a data cable or email them to you

Try a reset with an opened paper clip in the reset hole.

It might work but you will lose saved data.

Otherwise check out warranty.

Try reinstalling the app.

You can buy parts for tablets online and there are plenty of instructions out there, but the Proscan is a low-end model that it is probably not worth it.

Check for the reset pin hole on your tablet. Get a paper clip and push it 'gently' in the hole and hold it for thirty seconds. This resets the tablet.
Youdon't want to push hard as there is just a tiny button in there that can get dislodged.

My proscan tablet is keep freezing and lines are coming across the screen. What can I do

well its sounds like the problem starts from when you downloaded the stock firmware and it basically affecting the touch sensivity of the tablet ,and you send when you flashed it still the touch remain the same meaning it didnt work fully .so maybe you need to flash it again and restore factory settings
