Web cam operation

Check if both webcam driver and software was installed first,if not download and install them.if they were,then click the start button and look out for toshiba,it should be there when u click on the toshiba folder..

Go to device manager first and look for imaging and devices ,if you can see it and its is marked with something like this ---> ! with a yellow color then your webcam is fine , it is only that you don't have the driver installed.
