Sounds like your float is stuck in the full position, or the sensor that shows full is stuck on full.
If tank is empty but shows full, problem lies where full signal is coming from.
Freezer has been leaking water at the bottom. I opened the drawer/door and removed the bins, there was a small amount of ice formed on the bottom at the back, I broke it away and poured a small bit of warm water in the black drain hole. the next day the bottom and rear are full of frozen ice and it is difficult to open the drawer/door to the freezer. Everything is covered with frost. Help!
Not sure if this is going to relax you but our Beko is exactly the same.
It went through months of only getting to about 60, then solved itself.The ONLY time it does is when it is plumbed in from the hot AND cold feeds. You CAN feed the source from hot supply but it tends to be too hot!!! Things I have tried;
Bottle of washing machine degreaser run through a full cycle. Put in via the detergent drawers.
Last ditch attempt but VERY risky to clothes unless you follow advice... Cilit Bang! The strongest Cilit cleaner via detergent drawers AND some in the tub with a ball. Run this on the 60 cycle, then do a second cycle and a third. Then put it on 90 and run it empty couple of times. Obviously think about clothes in immediate future! Once cleaned through I ran an empty washer with normal detergent in AND fairy liquid. Gets very bubbly so onoly a tiny amount. You can also take the drawers out an look down the inside.... be full of mouldy powder/liquid. At very least it stops any smells from your washed clothes when they've been left in the drum after washing!
Other than that DO NOT spend on engineer to come out. Waste of time / money.
Hi, Turn off the machine and turn back on again. If both lights are permanently on that means you need to empty the dreg tray. Pull out the tray and wait until the red light start flashing, then put back the tray, the red light will go off.
Another meaning is when you press the coffee button and see the red light came on, that means the grinder motor is not working. Hope it will help.
Hi When you want to empty the grounds because it says to in the menu, REMEMBER TO LEAVE THE MACHINE ON when you remove the drawer. The machine is a counter and when it reaches the magic amount for that machine the message comes on. If the machine is turned off when you pull the drawer out, the machine doesn’t know this and the message will be there when you turn the machine back on. Also remember to leave the drawer out for at least 15 seconds or a little longer so the machine thinks you actually dumped the grounds.
I have had a similar problem, my wife tried drying clothes that were too wet, causing the machine to flood. Even though she emptied the tank, the empty water light was always on!!
What I did was take the electrical plug out and tip the machine to one side, you probably will find there will be a collection of water in the base, which will leak out. Once you think you emptied it, plug it back it back in and try it.
