Multiple beeps while starting up is most of the time a message for a defect in the hardware. Try taking out some parts, put 1 by 1 back in and after placing 1 part, try to start up first. Thats an easy way to find the part thats defect. Most of the time its a dying ram. If you want to test the ram first, you can use the program Memtest 86+
if its a single long beep....then ram is misplaced or damaged....

Usually a system beeping is what's known as a post code- and can indicate a severe hardware problem. The likelyhood is you need to contact 1-800-456-3355 (dell technical support) since the research I've pulled up for a 3-3-3 beep code is "Motherboard has failed"

If it were a desktop computer, with a removable video-card, then re-seat the video-card.
But, since it's a netbook, the video-card is not removable.
So, about the only removable part is the RAM. Remove the RAM, and re-seat the RAM.
If all else fails, take it to a qualified technician for professional repair.
