SOURCE: Bosch Nexxt 100 series front load washer

You first of all need to check the pump filter.
This should be located at the botom front right of washer.
Look for a drop down flap or cover, once located, unscrew filter anti-clockwise to remove and clean.

The pump itself is directly behind the filter housing, check there is nothing stuck in the housing.
This should solve the prob.
Please leave feedback for my solution.
Thankyou.

SOURCE: Bosch Nexxt 800 series. We have continued problems

Hello, let the machine rest for a while so suds can disappear then unplug the unit for 1 min then plug it back in it should drain by its self if not do not select wash cycle but a spin/drain then you should hear the pump running, if you don't hear the pump running you can get a wet/dry vac stick on the drain hose and empty the washer, that way if water does not come out you have to access the pump and pinch off the drain hose from the tub and remove the object from the pump, be careful that you don't have a mess with water leaking from the tub good luck.

Thanks

SOURCE: Bosch Nexxt Premium Washing Machine Drainage Blocked. Cleaned out impeller still not working.

You need to check the drain pump externally to see if the pumping is good Also remove the drain hose clamps and remove the drain hose flushing to clear off all dirt. Now test using power to see if this works and can be simulated. When refitting, the hose must be tightened properly. If the pump/valve does not work even with power then it must be replaced. If there is intermittent power to the drain valve/pump then the program controller unit is a suspect.

Finally the washer must be placed with a tilt- use a spirit level- so that all water will drain to the outlet port and thereby there is no residual water remaining.

Washer has stopped and error says suds or blocked pump

Hi, there is a round cover on the front left corner. Install a pick in the small hole and turn the cover. You will see a twist cap behind the cover. Unscrew the cap and remove what ever is blocking the pump from turning. Watch out because the water in the tub will drain out.

That should fix the problem....

Error code E:13 on my 500 plus series washer

Hi,
The E13 error code on your Bosch washer refer to a drainage problem or the pump time might have been exceeded
Either it might be due to a clogged pump, improper detergent being used, ( must use "HE" detergent ) hence suds not allowing a proper drain cycle. You should clean water drainage pipe and/or drain hose. Turn selector to off and restart 'drain, program or, on 500 plus machines, the 'refresh' program. It also says this is caused by using too much detergent. Bosch recommends using half of what the manufacturer recommends when using HE detergents. They don't recommend regular detergents. First run the short wash or refresh cycle without detergent and hopefully your lines will clear.

Thank you !!

Is there any detergent I should avoid using in my Bosch Nexxt 500 Series washer?

Any clothes-washer HE (low suds) soap will do. Just be aware that you only need a tablespoon of the soap, not the 3/4 cup that comes in the box!

Washer keeps saying suds or blocked pump and stops

This is because you are using too much soap or the wrong kind of soap. HE soap should be used and only the measurement specified on the label. May also be due to lint and other debris in the pump filter. Open the panel and remove the filter screen from the drain line and clean it out. This has to be done often on front load machines.

Clothes too wet upon cycle completion...

Try reducing the amount of low sudsing detergent you are using. This can make the load too heavy and won't spin out. Remember suds have 3 parts, air, detergent, and water. The drain pump is designed for water, so if you see suds during the wash, it will be worst on warm and hot, then there is too much detergent, or is not low sudsing. I know Bosch reccommends HE, however HE liquids normally are not low sudsing, just High Engery. Also the Permanent Press cycles are always a lower spin speed. Hope this helps
