Icemaker keeps sending out cubes after let go of switch. Had to lock it off. Now inside of freezer is icing up.

Please check if the freezer door gasket is sealed properly.
By switch do you mean the lever on the front of the door.
Check also the small door where the ice cubes go threw. Make sure it is closed.

What numbers on a dial mean the coldest my freezer keeps icing up what number should I have the dial on

Not sure what you mean with icing up, but in every freezer, vapour will freeze to the side.
If you want to go for sure, just buy a little thermometer for the freezer (must be going at least to - 30 Celsius) and hang it in the freezer. 3 or 4 star freezers should be at -18 Celsius.
Lower does not add anything to the quality of the food, or can extend the time you can preserve it in the freezer, but will cost more energy to keep it that cold. Lower than - 18 will shorten the time you can keep food in the freezer. -18 C is about -0,4 F.
so 0 or above is bad. -0,4 or below is good.

Bottom freezer is icing up

If it is icing up, then there is water that is collecting in there when it goes in defrost. The water should be draining out of there. The drain to it may be stopped up. Moisture is an enemy in the freezer. Moisture keeps it from getting as cold as it can.

I own a whirlpool refrigerator model G15FVAXB 01. The front of the freezer keeps icing up regardless of the temperature setting. What can I do?

That model number comes up as a deep freezer. If it is icing up near the door only it is a gasket leaking air into the freezer.

I have a LG Fench door frig.with the freezer on

It is possible that the fanmotor is not working and needs replacing. If the fanmotor is working, then you have the defrost system checked. It is either the element which is gone or the main pc board.
