Yellow light and Fan not work on my pride battery charger model: HP8204B
You have the 4-amp charger version. If you have the U1 batteries on your Pride you can replace the charger with a 3-amp version after you have your batteries load tested and tested for internal resistance. Verify batteries are good and "finishing voltage" after charging is proper. (14.4volts per battery)

1st Check the 25amp inline fuse located behind the volt meter. 2nd Check the 50 amp fuse located behind the foot rest. A pin located under the foot rest when pulled out will open the front to access the fuse.
