Off balance went off balance then shut itself off now it wont start the light for add garment stays lit how do you reset.

It's not registering the add garment door is shut, I would call the company to ask for an engineer if it is under warrentee... Hope this helps....

Door switch isn't making. .if door isn't closed the washer won't run and will have the add garment light will stay on.

its telling you your water lines are reversed

You will have to have the dealer reset the security light to restart vehicle.Check all engine and chassie grounds because this is where the lighting would exit the vehicle.It sounds like a ground burnt through.

your mach depending on model and cycle selected has a 3 to 5min "add a garment" feature.that means in the 1st 3-5mins of cycles when add a garment light is lit you may hit pause button once and the mach will stop and unlock door.after add a gament light is off,if u hit pause the cycle the mach will drain water and reset cycle..hope this helps

have you turned off the power and unplugged the unit for 5 mins?
plug back in and progress the timer to where you left off?

the add a garment light will stay on through most of 1st wash this lets you know that if you forgot something it can still be added ..if not already overloaded..by pressing pause the door will unlock and allow something to be added ..yes it's normal

try unplugging for a few min adn replug see igf that clears the computer, you didinbt by chance force the door open to addd a garment didi you??? if so the door lock has probalby beed compromised
