Substitution I am out of milk can I use condensed milk, in place of reg. milk?

Lactaid is a milk substitute with the lactose removed. IF you are lactose intolerant, lactaid can be used instead of milk.

The TN56NS4/TN57NS4 can be created as 54NS4 or 54NS4(REG) on the NMS. The former can substitute for the latter, without any software upgrade. After substitution, the TN56NS4 functions as the TN54NS4.

Butter milk is 'usually' what remains when full milk (3%bf) or cream (10%bf) has been agitated to release its butter fat (bf). But if you are trying to 'substitute' a small amount in a recipe, say for muffins or coffee cake -- then adding a tsp. or so of lemon or vinegar to whole milk will do -- or diluting some real yogurt with water or milk, to the quantity the recipe requires.

Plant-based milk, being a substitute of dairy animal milk, prevents allergic subjects from having milk-related allergic reactions. Therefore the only risk of allergic reaction would be if the subject is allergic to the specific plant that the milk was produced from. For example a celiac person will probably have allergic reactions to any plant-based milk that comes from grains

You can basically substitute any non dairy products for milk and then follow the regular recipe for hot chocolate i.e. heat the 'milk' and add chocolate till it melts and stir in sugar to taste.

Be careful with the sugar amounts as some of the non dairy milks ie soya are quite sweet already.

You can try using almond or rice milk as well or just buy a non-dairy creamer.

In General, milk is not recommended for cats, because manyof them are lactose-intolerant, and have problems digesting it. However, notall cats are lactose-intolerant, and if your cat is not throwing up or havingdiarrhea, it probably okay with it.Recently there are many lactose-free milk substitutessuch as Catsip so you should try it out and see if your cat likes it.

I've only had it fly off once.  I think I didn't put it all the way on.  Also make sure you clean the nozzle every time you use the steamer.  Milk will clog the nozzle otherwise.  My maker is right beside the sink and I rinse the nozzle immediately after steaming milk.  I also run it through the dishwasher at least weekly.  (This isn't a substitute for immediate clearing of the nozzle.)   A clogged nozzle will always blow off the end.
