On 04 Endeavor does the signal wire go from 5 volt to 0 or 0 to 5? As it's turning over.

you forgot to say what sensor is at hand to the blind.
but if CKP or CMP (CRANK AND CAM ASE NAMES)
there are 2 kinds of sensors.
HALL
MAG
Hall is 0,5,0v square wave signal,
MAG is very weak 1vAC sign wave signal (as in Faraday coil )
as it cranks.
a scope sees this easy, a DMM not or poorly.,
The cranked engine CkP spins a t 300 RPM and the reluctor tone wheel makes as many as 6 pulse per turn or 30 pulse per second cranked that most DMM can not see, at all , and is why shops all use
a scope or fail hard.

YOUR CMP IS HALL SENSOR TOO,, 5VDC POWERED BOTH
SOME CMP ARE 1 PULSE PER CAM TURN
AND CAM RUNS 150 RPM CRANKED, 2 PULSES PER SECOND
THE ENGINE WILL NOT START IF THE CAM BELT SLIPS
AND THE PCM SEES THAT OUT OF SYNC, SO THE HEAD VALVES DO NOT BEND OVER
NEVER RUN THE CAM BELT OVER 100K MILES IF WISE.NEVAH

2002 Ecotec 2.2 DOHC - No Pulse on Ignition Module

REDUX 1.
Why in the world post an engine and NO car told, yes 2002
DEAD WRONG IT HAS BOTH.!! VIN F TOO.

the CMP and CPK sensors both must be good and cam actually turns and cam timing in spec or the ECU cuts spark then cuts fuel..



cmp goes to icm and icm to pcm.2002 Ecotec 2.2 DOHC. no VIN F IS 2.4L AND VASTLY DIFFER\ENT

94 s10 doesn't seem to be getting fuel what makes injector s pulse?

Injectors pulse when fuel pressure is sensed and the cam possition sensor indactes its time to load the intake stroke with fuel for that cylinder.

Nissan altama 2005 3.5 l v6 problems are running smooth when engine is cold 5-10 min there us a problem with engine vibrations on the stop i get the trouble code which is po0011

Here is the definition. You may want to do some research on the code and the valve that controls cam timing.

P0011 NISSAN Description This valve mechanism hydraulically controls cam phases continuously with the fixed operating angle of the intake valve.

The ECM receives signals such as crankshaft position, camshaft position, engine speed, and engine coolant temperature. Then, the ECM sends ON/OFF pulse duty signals to the intake valve timing control solenoid valve depending on driving status. This makes it possible to control the shut/open timing of the intake valve to increase engine torque in low/mid speed range and output in high-speed range.

The intake valve timing control solenoid valve changes the oil amount and direction of flow through intake valve timing control unit or stops oil flow. The longer pulse width advances valve angle. The shorter pulse width retards valve angle. When ON and OFF pulse widths become equal, the solenoid valve stops oil pressure flow to fix the intake valve angle at the control position.

I have no spark or injector pulse sometimes it

You got a crank sensor at back,on top of bellhousing.
Injector pulse, I believe is controlled by hall effect sensor in distributor, as well as spark
