The likely problem is the drain leading from freezer to bottom of refrigerator is clogged or stopped up. I will send you to another link so you can see and get pictures and answers to help you solve this.

Let me know if this help, Sea Breeze
Did you get a chance to look at the link I provided that shows almost the same situation that you have. He also resolved the problem by improvising and making a few changes along the way. I also will help you through this. Do you have a camera? We may need to replace the part that is where the styrofoam cup. I will see if there is a replacement part. You try to remove the pipe and clean like in the photos that are at the link below. I will be back with you. Sea Breeze

I can see now that is a part that is not listed as a replaceable part. My hopes are that someone you know can fabricate something better than a Styrofoam cup to catch the water as the freezer defrost and drains water down to the pan next to compressor. If you need anything let me know. Sorry I could not find a part for you.........Sea Breeze

Thank you. But, the drain "cup" in my fridge is a piece of styrofoam in a plastic housing and seems to lead nowhere. Also, there is no elbow/hose on back of the fridge. The drain hose drops from the inside directly into the drain pan. Where do I go from here?
