Not getting fuel...Fuel pump was replaced recently, just replaced the Fuel Pump relay. The oil pressure sender is broken, could this have any bearing on my problem
Yes it could be your oil pump,,or clean your PVC make sure that is not clogged ..also run 1 can of seafoam to your gas and about 4 ounces to your oil ...it will clean your carbon from gas and engine ..so about a $20.00 fix with 2 cans of seafoam

No oil pressure will shut off the fuel pump. It's a safety thing. If you got into an accident and the engine stopped with the key on the fuel pump will not run.
If the fuse is good can you hear (and feel) the main fuel relay clicking when the ignition key is cycled on and off? There may be another relay that is the same on the board, if so swap it over temporarily. If relay is working, is there power at the connection to the pump. If not then the wiring is broken. If there is then the pump needs to be replaced
Check connections at/or replace oil pressure switch. Your oil pressure switch is also a safety feature that shuts off power to fuel pump in case of accident or rollover.
check the oil pressure sending unit
upon starting the fuel pump runs off a wire from the oil sender until proper oil pressure is achomplished. then the relay takes over from there
Pull plug wire and install a philips screwdriver into the plug wire get it 1/4 inch away from a good ground and crank the engine over, is there spark? if so check that you have fuel pressure buy renting a fuel pressure test kit from schucks or auto zone and turn the Key to run positionwith thegage hooked up, it should read 50 PSI turn key off and wait 20 seconds should still have 20 PSI of fuel pressure, if no fuel pressure check fuel pump relay, then check fuse to pump. if you have a bad relay and are not getting fuel then check the oil pressure switch to see if you have oil pressure at the switch if no pressure then the oil pressure safety switch has died and needs to be replaced and should stark after replacing. If you have fuel then check the timing to see if you slipped timing belt.
Some GM products also incorporate the oil sender switch into that circuit for fuel pump, so that in case of an accident, engine shuts off, oil pressure drops, in turn, shuts off power to fuel pump. May be worth a look at what your getting for oil pressure, as well as checking switch/sender.
I'm not sure of vin? My info shows oil pressure switch in parallel with fuel pump relay, so if that switch is functional and has voltage, once you crank it enough to bring up oil pressure, the pump should run even without the relay. The voltage for load side of relay and oil pressure switch comes from ecm B fuse. The voltage for control side of fuel pump relay comes from pcm.
Any other issues besides fuel? Engine cranking do you have spark at the plugs and fuel injector pulse? If your missing the last two, have to check for rpm signal.
Check your lift pump. It is on the framerail. If that is not working check your oil pressure sensor it is behind the fuel filter. The lift pump does not get voltage if the oil pressure switch fails.
