The drum paddles are screwed from the outside of the bowl. To access them, you have to completely strip the machine and remove the wash bowl. The paddles are rarely available as a spare part. You may be able to repair it or remove it. This will affect the wash action to a certain extent if you take it out. Its a big job.
The paddles are normally fitted from inside out of the inner tub. You will have to strip the whole machine down to remove the inner bowl and then you can get to the fitting which holds the paddle in place.
Methinks a manual is the quick answer- for now and probably later!
Manual
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

I have exactly the same problem on my ...129 model. I'm a mechanical engineer and looking at the design it apears that these aren't designed to be replaced. The 90 degree tab looks to be only accessed from the outside of the drum so can only lock the tumbler in place from the factory. It needs to be bent flat to get the paddle on!
