Unplug your machine, remove the top panel, doublecheck all of the wires are securely connected. Sometimes the wires are loosened due to the vibration of the washer. Hope this works for you! It worked for our Kenmore Elite H3 when no cycles would start and flashed the error code "dL/F" (door lock failure).
Also remove the bottom panel (3 torx screws) and unscrew the round drain plug in the very center...be prepared with towels to catch water...(unplug first of course) you may find coins, pens, etc trapped in the screen we did preventing drainage...also shine a flashlight further into the drain to inspect for baby socks etc...lol
sounds like you have a bad pump. check the p[ump catch first by removeing the kick panel turn the pump catch you might find socks in there if not you need a new pumpsounds like you have a bad pump. check the p[ump catch first by removeing the kick panel turn the pump catch you might find socks in there if not you need a new pump

I own a 18-year-old Kenmore front-load washer so I'm not sure this will apply, but here goes... My washer requires me to press and HOLD the start button for a few seconds before it will start. At that point the door will lock and the washer goes through its startup phase. I think that is a "safety feature' to keep from accidentally bumping the button and starting the washer. See if that help. Good luck!
It is
possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors
due to feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program
controller must initiate the INLET/MOTOR/DRAIN
pump/ valve to open up and allow each function to be driven starting from
the flow of water into the drum as also the drain valve to open to exit the
water at the point of the program cycle. If this does not happen then the
voltage at the valve/motor/pump must be checked or the fault relates to no
voltage from the controller. This means
the controller is a suspect.
the F code is a puwer outige. This is how to fix
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Select
DRAIN & SPIN if there is excessive water in the washer.
Re-select cycle and press START. If the problem remains, call
for service.
This is what an HF code is.
"FH" (Water Inlet Problem--no water or insufficient water
supply)
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Unplug
washer or disconnect power.
Check the following:
Are water faucets completely turned on?
Are screens at inlet hose connection to washer clogged?
Are water inlet hoses kinked?
Are water inlet hoses frozen?
Plug in washer or reconnect power. Re-select cycle and press
START. If the problem remains, call for service.
That is the code for a water inlet issue. Meaning "no or insufficient water supply" according to the manual.
It says to hit PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel cycle. Then unplug unit and check for:
Are faucets completely turned on?
Are screens at the inlet hose connection to washer clogged?
Are inlet hoses kinked?
And last...Are inlet hoses frozen?
After checking all those it says to plug back in, re-select cycle and press START.
If problem still comes up call for service.
I remember on another site someone had the same code coming up, all the inlet suggestions checked out OK and they had to call for service as it was something in the control panel/computer of the unit.
Hope your issue is something simple as suggested by the manual.
Take care ; )
sounds as if you have a drain issue, most common cause of fault is theres something stuck in the pump housing. remove the lower acess panel(3 screws along the bottom of the forn of unit) youll gain acess to the pump housing, remove the large cover to the "button trap" by uncscrewimg the cover, it will be righthin front of you in the center of machine when cover removed, im sure youll find your blockage within there
check your water supply make sure that you have both hot and cold water on at all times. Pull the hoses off and see if the screens on the water valve in the back is clogged.
