SOURCE: I have a nikon LR 1200 golf range finder that will

Hi Bobby,

This seems to be a problem with the laser alignment , which has gone out of order due to change in temperatures and other external factors.

I would suggest you to reset your device , by removing the batteries for at least 5 mins and then putting them back in.

Also make sure there is no blockage in front of the rangefinder , like a strap for example.

Changing the targeting mode can also help you remove the problem , try doing it.

If this does not work , then in such cases people either like to repair the device or get a new one , by comparing the cost that is incurred.

Hope this helps ...:)

UNIT OF MEASURE OPTIONS The YARDAGE PRO TOUR can be used to measure distances in yards or meters. The unit of measure indicators are located in the upper right portion of the LCD. To select between yards and meters, look through the monocular, depress the "mode" button (left side of the unit underneath the BUSHNELL YARDAGE PRO logo) and hold it down for approximately 2 seconds. If you are changing from yards to meters, a change in unit of measure will be indicated by the illumination of the letter M for METER indicator while the YD for YARD indicator is turned off. If you are changing from meters to yards, the opposite will occur. Note: The YARDAGE PRO TOUR will return to the last setting used, each time the unit is turned on.

Specifications
  • Measurement Range 11-550 yds
  • Increment Reading 0.5/1 yds
  • Magnification 6x
  • Angular Field of View (Real)
  • Angular Field of View (Apparent) 34.9°
  • Viewfinder Display meters/yards
  • Eye Relief 18mm
  • Diopter Adjustment +/-4°
  • Power Source 1 CR2 Lithium Battery
  • Size (Length x Width x Height) 5.1 x 1.5 x 2.7 in
  • Weight w/o Batteries 6.3 oz
  • Objective Diameter 21mm
  • Exit Pupil 3.5mm
  • Supplied Accessories CR2 lithium battery.

I did not read that there is a recalibration for the unit, although a consumer might expect that. Has it ever been dropped to your knowledge?
