I need instructions for turning on / off + settings

From the Melnor 304f actual instructions:

Use 9V alkaline batter only! Flashing lighs indicate that the battery is low and needs to be replaced.

1) To start: Turn Dial to Off position and press ENTER
2) Set Time: set the current time and press ENTER
3) Start Time: set the time to start the first irrigation cycle and press ENTER.
4) Frequency: Set the frequency of the irrigation cycle e.g. twice a day = 12h and press entere.
5) Duration: Set the duration of the first irrigation cycle and press ENTER.

Turn the dial to the new duration and press ENTER

--to turn the water on manually

Turn dial to ON position.. The water will turn off automatically after 30 minutes.
-- to turn the water OFF
Turn the dial to the OFF position

Do NOT press ENTER when dial is in OFF position, otherwise the unit will clear the program, and you have to Reprogram the unit following the steps 2 through 5.

Have you let the loco charge first? The instructions are a bit vague but the loco needs to charge before it runs. Not easily understood from the instructions and many have spent some frustrating minutes wondering why their train wouldn't move.

To turn off the alarm I pressed the alarm set button. While in the alarm set mode press the up button to turn the alarm and snooze off and on. That's what worked for us. Neat clock, the instructions are just a little lacking:)

Woods model #49647 is outdoor timer with photoelectric control that turns timer ON at dusk.
There are 4 possible settings that show on dial.
Rotate dial to make timer selection.
OFF = timer is OFF full-time until you change dial.
ON = timer is ON full-time until you change dial.
Dusk-Dawn = timer turns ON at dusk and OFF at dawn
2, 4, 6, 8 hours = timer turns ON at dusk, and turns OFF 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours later.

If you are still wondering about this, pull the knob out to the first click. turn one way to set day, turn the other way to set date. Pull out further to set time.

Just press ALM1 button for a second and it will be turned OFF. Do the same for ALM2.

I don't know where you can get an instruction manual but have you tried pulling out the crown where you set the watch half a click. After you do that turn the crown away from you to set the day and towards you to set the month.

to set the clock you turn off the unit and go to the clock and hold source until the number flashes then u use the aroows to set it

1st to do is turn computer off, restart and re down load the cd's that came with the computer.
