SOURCE: Error Msg F02
Had the F02 error as well. Thanks to all great posts here, esp. colonel rick, catriver and bullfrog7. Use a Torx (star) screwdriver to get the three screws off the bottom of the front plate (I dropped a screw, so was glad I had a magnetic reach tool). I saw the trap, and began to unscrew, and water started pouring, so I immediately re-closed. THE WATER IS AN ISSUE, SO BE PREPARED. Big problem for me was I had the drawer unit beneath (water leaking through ... messy). Grabbed a few towels, but then took bullfrog7's idea of the shop vac. Sucked what I could out of the drum (had a load going before the error), Then I unscrewed the front screw from the trap, and slid the trap unit forward (be careful of the wiring harness unit). This enabled me to pour water from the trap into a mop bucket. I then used the vac to **** what I could from the drain pipe. Our trap had 3 baby socks and untold lint. Washed the trap, put it back together, and voila! No issues. If I can do this, you can too!

FO2 is the code for long drain. The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 screws. The panel will drop and come off. The filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a bunch of towels or a good big plastic bag to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in.

Hi
Error F02 appears after 8mins of SUDs error. Error F02 means Long drain, means washer is taking longer time than normal to drain. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display. NOTE: After 4 minutes the SUD error will be displayed, and then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.
• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
• Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
• Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
• If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.
There are 3 small 9/32 hex head screws that hold the front panel on. Unscrew the 3 hex head screws (9/32 socket or nut driver size), now remove the front kick panel. Unscrew the white drain cap -WARNING-- lots of water will drain out when you loosen the white cap. Once all the water is out, remove and take out the filter trap. Hope this helps... Please post back for more information.
