In the Facebook login page, Select the forgot password link. Enter either your username or email id that you use to login or your phone number. If you have registered your phone, you would get your password as an text message. If you enter your email id you'll be taken to the next page asking for confirmation. If not, select 'Don't have access to any of these?' below and enter a new email address. This should work
