How do I attach the arrow rest to the bow

The arrow rest must be aligned for the proper knocking point. There is a 12 dollar tool for this at most sporting goods store called a bow square.

What is good to use for a target in archery?

You can buy archery targets, but they can range anywhere from $40 -$200. If you are looking to make your own, this is a fantastic article to read: Making Archery Targets from Livestrong.com.

  • I've used targets made out of hay bales in the past.
  • You can also make them from feed/grain sacks, packing filling, sand bags or old carpet.
  • The article above will give you instructions on how to make all of the types, then some.
