Check your arrow rest.

The arrow rest must be aligned for the proper knocking point. There is a 12 dollar tool for this at most sporting goods store called a bow square.

the spine of the arrow seems to be off a bit. The spine is the stiffness, check a archery chart for your bow draw weight and suggested arrow spine.
