Well, you can enter to the computer in "safe mode" by using(inserting) a cd with the Knoppix operative system, to recover your important files, when finished, extract the cd, and then, you must give format (reinstall operative system) to your computer. check the web site where you got the games and check it out

If you go back to the original site where this file comes from you should be able to see or ask for the requested pass word.

To extracted protected a protected rar file, you can use Winrar.
Download and install Winrar and then open your rar file using the program. It'll ask you for your password. You must have the password to extract the file. If you don't know it, then you will not be able to extract the file. Once you've got the file open, just choose where you want to extract it to and you're done.

Where did you download the file from? Usually if you go to the source of the file, they will give you a password to open it. P.S. Hacking passwords is BAD and probably won't work. Make sure this isn't a virus.
