Reset code I keep trying this use of these three keys: green dial button, number 3 and * but non of this crop works to unlock my nokia 7310c security code

Hi Yassien, Unfortunately you cannot unlock it as that's the security measure. Your only bet is to wipe and start over...

Before doing this method please be reminded that you should back up all you files first. (search for a desktop software that you can connect to. Since your phone seems to be from asia, maybe this generic connectivity software may suffice.
You connect the phone using a USB cable.

After that, then let`s proceed. Factory settings reset. In standby, dial *#7780# and the phone`s lock/security code (the nokia`s default security code is 12345). This reset restores phone`s original settings. Soft reset. In standby dial *#7370# and the phone`s lock/security code. Warning! Soft/Hard reset deletes ALL your phone`s data! Hard reset (the three key code/reset). Turn off the phone. Press and hold three keys together, the green/talk key, the * key and the number `3`.Then, turn on the phone and don`t let the three keys before you see the nokia hands logo/nokia boot up screen. For 5800 XM or some phone like that. Hard reset need different keys/buttons. The green/talk key, the red key and the camera key/button. The process is the same. You can also upgrade your phone into newly found firmware if there`s any. Install it using Nokia PC Suite and Cable that is compatible with your device and then Presto! You got a bradnew cellphone! Well, most likely. :)

first, you have to choose, what kind of reset do you want:

1. Restore factory settings - resets all the settings to the default ( you will not lose any data) Make sure you back up your data as you will lose all of it when you perform option 2 or 3 on this list. The default code for ALL operations listed here is 12345. - dial *#7780#
2. Reformat your phone (out of the box, tho keep in mind that most newer nokia phones at least n series, e series and s60 based phones have udp - user data preservation so not ALL data may be lost. still it is a good idea to always do a back up of your stuff.)3. This you perform as a last resort. Nothing else is working.If the phone is not showing any activity, proceed with hard formatting , turn off your phone, hold the following buttons while pressing the power button. (the default code is 12345) - dial *#7370#
3. hard reset - hold the following buttons * (star key), 3 (number button) and talk/green key. turn on the phone and do not release those buttons until you see the Nokia boot up screen. once you feel the phone power up you can let go off the power button while still holding all three buttons ( for Nokia 5800XM - use the following buttons to do a hard reset, /GREEN/RED/CAMERA keys pressed all at once on power up. this will only work on 5800's that have firmware version 20... and up. ) For Nokia N97 (unofficial version but works) is SHIFT /SPACE BAR / BACKSPACE while holding the power button. Again do not let go until you see the handshake screen.

Press green + red + multimedia button and turn the phone on at the same time. Wait until the "NOKIA" logo appears. This will wipe your phone memory.
If that doesn't work try this.

Soft reset/reformat - Type *#7370# and the phone's lock code (Nokia default lock code is 12345). Warning!Soft reset wipes the C drive/phone memory!

Hard reset - Switch the phone off. Press and hold three keys together, the green key, the * key and the number '3'. While you are holding these keys, switch the phone on. Don't release these three keys before you see the NOKIA logo.
Warning! Hard reset wipes the C (phone memory) drive.

You may kindly note that the default security code for all Nokia handsets is 12345.

method 1:
1) Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card (if possible)
2) Switch off your phone
3) Press the power on/off to switch on the S60 phone.and Press and hold these three keys together:

note: Do not let go the three keys until you see the "formatting" screen displayed
4) Wait a few minutes until the format is complete. Your phone will now be at its original factory settings

2)enter security code(default code is 12345)
3) Wait a few minutes until the format is complete. Your phone will now be at its original factory setting
Now restore all your ring tones, messages and contacts and you once again have a fresh OS.
