My hercules doesnt lift. rotors turn but it spins counter clockwise uncontrollably.
i am really glad that this isnt a REAL helecopter. if you got it for christmas, you might want to return it- that is, after you verify that it is FULLY charged. this sounds like a half charged battery, that isnt spinning the bigger blades as fast as it should.
this could also be caused by any obstructions to the blades ability to rotate freely, something stuck to the blades- adding weight, bent blades, or internal belt/gear issues, regarding regulating the main blades, and the rear stabilizing blades timings.
if, before the charge, the dying battery caused the copter to crash, a blade could easily be bent, or have mud or something on it, weighing it down.
if the copter really is indestructable, i would go right back to a bad battery.
if the rechargeable battery got a memory after 4 days, i feel bad for you and your kids.
