How do you print an envelope on toshiba 3040c printer?

insert the drive into the usb port hit print choice find usb open it select your file hit start

change from there
then apply

according to other forums and blogs, they say it is a pain to do on the 2830c and that you would have to sit and baby sit it, newer printers were being recommended for this task.

U need to see it happen on which process unit, then check the main charger unit and developer material is enough...

Envelope printing is not supported on Toshiba color MFP's.

U can enable department code for colour print, enable "no limit black", where user print colour only prompt for department code. All this can be done under User Function --> Department Management

Just go to Devices and Printers from Control Panel, Right click on your Printer and click on See Whats Printing or Print Status, Once you click on it the Printer Spool Window would appear there click on File and make sure use Printer Off line is not checked. If its not checked and you have the same issue its an issue with the driver the Printer has to be reinstalled.

Unfortunately, bad choice, e-studio 3511c is not capable to print on envelopes, that is why you can't find option in printer driver.
