filter the lumps out of the paint first ( an old stocking is best for that)
thin using the right thinner material
clean the seals around the spray needle
I haven't much experience with airless sprayers but I have heard the bad language from those who use them.
I expect there is still paint in the business end of the mechanism and an air bubble stuck between that and the new paint fill.
I think the sprayhead will have to be removed or dismantled so the air will be able to escape and allow priming to take place. I suggest spending a little time with the instruction manual.
HI, let me see if I can't help you with this problem-
You are say no power as in it won't turn on and It's new, right?
Lets troubleshoot a few things right now and see if there is a simple problem that may be causing "no power"-
1-turn the power control knob all the way while you pull the trigger
2-don't use an extension cord and try a different wall outlet
3- do you a GFI wall plug (ground fault interrupter) that needs to be reset
4- look at the power cord and check if you have any obvious damage to the cord that might be causing the problem ok

You basically have what is called a "cupgun" and there are a few reasons for this and it should be pretty simple to fix I want to stress that anytime you spray the paint no matter what latex-oil needs to be thinned with the compatible solvent water for latex paint thinner for oil/Alkyd by about 10% - 18% that could be the problem if you have latex in your gun but probably it has to do with the "needle seat" in the back of the gun there should be a knob to adjust the needle turn your gun on pull the trigger and turn knob till paint comes out if that wont work you may have debris in your paint that has clogged the stem pour all the paint out clean gun completely pour paint threw a strainer cone or strainer bag and be sure to thin it...
