On boot up hit and hold Esc key until it goes to bios settings.

You can enable/Disable Fn key in System Setup.

to access system setup press F2 when you see the Toshiba logo

If this were a desktop computer you could take off the side cover and take out the BIOS battery. (Silver and looks about the size of a quarter) And then put it in after about a minute.
For a laptop the same thing applies but I highly suggest you take it to someone who has done this before as laptops are very tightly packed and for someone who has never done it very intimidating.
I cannot recommend you open up your laptop to take out the battery yourself but this is what needs to be done.

Password bios

during the boot up process you will see on the screen for a short amount of time press a certain key to enter set up

Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS scroll down to set user password or supervisor password you can change or remove your password from there

how did you get here,?,go to the support site download the drivers (save) to desktop,burn them on data cd,or drag onto flash drive,then put it in the toshiba
