How to build a dirt floor 20 by 20 shed

Put posts in ground.
Middle posts taller so roof will have slope
Nail 2x4s across from post to post to hold siding.
One row of 2x4s around bottom, 2 rows 2x4s around middle,
1 row 2x6s or 2x8 around top.
2x6s 2x8 will hold rafters
Nail 4x8 sheets treated plywood onto the 2x4s to make walls.
Install joists across top of structure from one wall to the other wall
Install rafters at correct angle to match slope of roof, be careful to each rafter exactly the same.
Rafters sit on outside wall

Need to mo we an electrical power point in a brick wall in my apartment

More information is needed.
Brick wall is inside apartment... what is on other side of wall?
Open existing electrical box. Drill through back of box and drill through wall until you come out on other side of wall. Install new box #1 on wall where drill comes out. Run conduit over to another new box#2. Drill through wall again until you come out on inside brick wall where you want to relocate original box. Install new surface-mount box#3 on brick wall. Then run wiring from original box. Original box cannot be bricked over or covered with building materials since it is a junction box where wires connect.
Other option is to install extension ring on top of existing electric box. Run conduit across face of brick wall. Install new box#1 where you need outlet.
Other option is to chisel away the brick and mortar from existing electric box down to floor level (or over to door frame). This will allow recessed conduit that can be concealed with matching mortar. Then run conduit across to new location. Cover conduit along floor with baseboard, or chisel out brick along floorline to accommodate conduit, then mortar over conduit. Or simply paint conduit to match brick. You must use conduit since wires cannot be run openly.

I'm looking to install the Fahenheat 4000W wall

Hi there, yes you will be OK. Check the installation instructions also. The way these are made, the heat exchanger/elements are away from the wall, a barrier in between the heater and wall to keep the wall what ever it is made of, cool. The installation instructions should tell you this anyway. Best of Luck,

Does the Frigidaire FAC 126P1A need to be vented?

It must be installed in a window openeing or through the wall.
A load bearing wall is no problem.
Cutout the opening larger than the unit and install a header in the wall cutout.

How to Install Towel Bar?

Since towel bars are usually installed onto separate hardware that's mounted on the walls, use the actual hardware as a template to mark exactly where to drill your mounting holes. Hold a piece of mounting hardware against the masking tape and use your pencil to mark the actual spots to drill your holes. Use different-sized drill bits to drill for the two ends. The Molly bolt or wall anchor will require a much larger diameter hole than the screws going directly into the stud. (The size of the hole required for the wall fastener will be marked on the packaging.) Install the wall fastener into the wall, then mount the hardware onto the wall and place the ends of the towel bar over the hardware. Attach the towel bar to the mounting hardware using the screws included with the towel bar. These are commonly small-slotted screws located on the bottom of the end pieces of the towel bar.
