it is part of the main control boartd and cannot be replaed sepperatly #801 on dia.

on this model it is included on the main circuit board # 801

Unplug the refrigerator, remove the relay from the compressor and give it a shake. If it rattles, it is bad and needs to be replaced. Here is that part. But, since you said the fan was not running I suspect the control board is bad. Here is a link to that part also.

if its filling with water then the freezer temp is ok ( must be 15 deg or colder ) so you must have a bad icemker heat . . its best to replace the icemaker as the cost of part sometimes will cast more .. and unless your handy ice mkers are not to mess with unless you know them .. mm

try turning the temperature for the freezer down a little bit. it has to at least be around 17 degrees before the older ice makers start to work.

It could be one of many problems but will most likely be a refrigerant leak in the refrig evaporater
