My daughter was in a serious car accident 3 years ago and is still having pain/drooping/blurry vision on the left side of her head. She was diagonsed with a TBI, with a severe hematoma at the left temple area. Recent MRI stated that all looked normal, however the hematoma still isn't healed and there are signs of "thickening" in the area. Meanwhile, my daughter is still experiencing headaches and eye pain...please help. She went to her opthamologist and he didn't dialate her eye, told us he didn't have to.

The latest research on this shows that the brain can take a long time to heal. With what you are describing though it sounds like the hematoma is causing a decreased blood perfusion in the area because it has not dissolved, this can lead to ischemic brain tissue. You need to consult with a nuerologist.

Im 37 and have chest pain with heavy headache that dont go away, i was very sick with flu last week and now i got these pains and i have a cough. My vision also goes blur at times. What can this be?

Hello Friend,
How you're feeling better. Please take this as just a suggestion because without doing a physical or getting bloodwork this is a strong educated guess. Normally with the flu one of the things to be aware of is hydration. You could be undernourished and dehydrated if you experienced any diarrhea or vomiting with the flu.
the strong recommendation would be to hydrate with water and take some trace minerals to get your body back to normal working order. If the blurry vision or heavy headache or chest pains still persists, go to a physician. As sometimes a heavy headache could be a sign of meningitis, a rather serious condition. And of course chest pains, who like those?
As a side note, all of the conditions you list ...
headache, vision, chest pain at their core is sign of significant dehydration.

Good morning I just need some advice ...My Husband Died 3 months ago in a motorcycle accident and i need to move out of the house . I have a pain on the left side beneath my ribs

Stress can be at the root of many aches and pains and mental exhaustion can make things worse.

As a general rule any pain that interferes with your normal routine should be seen by a doctor. Give it a week and if it is no better see your GP or family doctor. Your local pharmacist might be able to provide something to ease your discomfort until then.

Meanwhile I suggest you check out ehealth.com but please note I usually recommend (for obvious reasons) people don't check out symptoms until they have a diagnosis from a professional.
