This sounds a a signal board problem. Your signal board is not receiveing or transmitting signal correctly.

It not the tv,u restart the Sky HD box the signal come back right?The Sky HD box is the problems,replaced the box,u will solved this problems.

I'm thinking bad AV cable or bad port on your TV. I assume the Xbox dash board won't come up, if so the "no signal" message is a TV error message not an Xbox error message.

Try a different port on the TV and/or a different TV; also try a different AV cable.

you do know that they cut all antenna broadcasts right? its just cable and satellite now.

Well, your TV is still under warranty. That's the good part.
The only thing I can recommend without voiding the warranty is leaving the TV unplugged for 30min. That way, the TV can reset itself and hopefully correct the problem.

If that doesn't solve the problem, it's time to use the VIZIO warranty.
