I would say you need to fix the wall first wnd seal the ingress of water, then when dried out thoroughly, re plaster.

In an asphalt driveway, cracks are often caused by water that has seeped underneath the surface. With increasing and decreasing temperatures, the water contracts or expands. Fixing cracks can be done using fillers but before starting the actual work.

First make sure that the area that needs fixing is smooth and clean. The fillers or patching product will not stick well in rough areas. Remove all debris from the crack using a brush and then a powerful air gun to totally get rid of all residue and loose particles. Don't forget to wear safety goggles when cleaning to protect your eyes.

For small cracks, you can apply the filler using a caulking gun but if you don't have one at home, you can simply pour the filler into the crack. Be careful not to get fillers on areas that don't need repairing since the filler can leave stains on your driveway. For larger cracks, those more than two inches deep, pour the filler little by little, first filling up to the first two inches of the crack.

Scrape everything off that is loose. See if there is any damage to the surface underneath, ie. rotted wood -cut it out & replace it. Spray the area with bleach if mold is present & dry. Once you have repaired the surface, coat it with bonding agent(cement area at Lowes or Home Depot) blue is better than white. Now get a bag of stucco and replicate the pattern of the surrounding area.(not easy) Stucco can be troweled on, splattered on, sprayed on, painted-on and in a huge variety of thicknesses. You may even need to trowel a base coaton to even out the surfaces to the surrounding area before you apply the finishing coat. When choosing materials take water proofing into account. Water damage is the usual culprit to stucco loss. Providing a better surface than what was originally there is recommended. Good luck.

This would be called a thermostat housing or cover. It is not impossible to patch but water is erosive. I would use J-B weld.

I have used J-B on a pump housing for a 3500PSI pressure washer and it still works. But there were not constant hot and cold stresses as you have in your engine.

You would be better off replacing it. You should be ale to find them or order one from your local parts store.

Most water outlet housings nowadays are made of a thermoset plastic resin material that can be "etched" with a dremmel tool to make the crack accept some epoxy material such as JB Weld (excellent material when mixed exactly per directions) and cleaned with isopropyl alcohol prior to application. A warm hair dryer follow-up is recommended to "flow" the material into the etched crack. Allow to cure overnight (24 hours is best). A similar procedure can be done with mnetallic castings such as in older 70's and 60's vehicles with similar results. The parent material MUST be thoroughly cleane to do a good job!!

You may have to remove the thermostqat housing and replace the O ring that is the seal. Otherwise the housing is cracked and needs to be replaced or repaired with an epoxy patch. Hope this assists you.

This is a nasty problem with this car. It is the smell of mostly Sulphur. It comes when the Catalytic Convertor gets faulty. Replace it and get Smell-free. Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.

If you have a visible crack or hole, drain the tank to below the crack, clean with a little vinegar and water, and lightly sand the plastic housing.
Place a small patch of plastic sheetrock mesh tape over the crack and then...
Use a bit of epoxy that is recommended for use on plastics. Mix up a small batch, spread over the crack and over the mesh.. Let dry and refill.
Don't worry about pressure, because the tank isn't under pressure on most cars...
