hello problem is your toner cartridge change the toner cartridge and try to print.then warming up is became ok.

Projection TV sets have two very common problems listed below.

Problem #1) Convergence


These sets need to have all three colors - RED - BLUE - GREEN - lined up correctly on the screen in order for the picture to look normal. This is called convergence.

When its out of alignment the video will look 3-D, wavy, distorted, etc. Most of the time you just need to adjust your convergence in the menu. If you cannot adjust it in the menu - then your convergence is broken and needs to be repaired. Convergence problems are very common on all Projection TV sets including Sony, Samsung,JVC,Philip Magnavox,Panasonic,Akai,Pioneer, Hitachi,Mitsubishi,Zenith and others.

Have you made any changes to the settings? Check the ISO, picture quality (should be at highest setting), white balance, etc. You could also go into the setup menu and find the "reset" entry to reset back to default factory settings.

convergence ics need replacement

I would say phone or email Kodak as you may have a faulty printhead. If Kodak sayes you have a bad head they will airmail you one overnight and throw in free black and color ink tanks all free of charge.
I have read that some how in making the printhead a run got too hot in process and thus a bad printhead.
