If your water and ice maker are not working, you may not have turned your water valve back on. If your water valve is turned on, try rotating your water filter further so that it completely locks as it may not be installed all the way. Once it is completely installed, press the "water" button for approximately three seconds until it turns blue. If this does not solve the problem, you may have a bad filter, here is a replacement filter that you can purchase to install into your refrigerator: http://www.freshwatersystems.com/p-3658-swift-green-sgf-dsb30-compatible-samsung-da29-00003b-refrigerator-filter.aspx

SOURCE: samsung fridge RS2630SH, side by side, icing up on freezer.

You have to pull out the sensor from the board and test with tester, both sensor should read the resistance of 10,000 to 20,000 ohms. The reading that you show is very low it means that the thermistor is out of range and need replacement.

SOURCE: Freezer, Ice Maker and Water dispenser not working

it has to get down to the proper temperature after the reset the set point is -4 for the freezer and 38 for the refrigerator. the numbers shown o\n the digital display panel stands for the actual temperatures. When the compartmnet tempertures go down, so do the numbers on thge display panel, and finally they reach the set temperatures. Once the system is stabilized , the display tempoeratures are the set temperature.

Why is my Freezer not cold?

If you block the vent that gives airflow form the freezer to the fridge it will prevent the airflow and so reduce the cooling in the freezer. Check that you don't have something against the vent that is located on the freezer side of the fridge in section.
