Text message sent doesn't match what was received

My girlfriend sent me a message, but the last two sentences in what I received were different from what she sent. We traded screen caps of the message and they definitely don't match up. The two new sentences overwrote the former ending sentence. She uses an iPhone and I use an Android. Why would this message alteration have happened?

Check that both handsets. have the latest software?

i had something similar where my iphone just freezes and goes back to home 3 seconds after i go to the phone part of the iphone. I just went to settings>RiP Dev (something I downloaded after jailbreaking)>RiP Dev Products > Kate and there Look for a checked application called facelift. I unchecked it and my calling worked again. It was cause Facelift is not compadable with Winter Board (another app dled from installer) If this doesnt solve the problem then... sorry :x

you can't at present. you need to wait for the 3.0 software to come out (it has forwarding options) :)

I am also recceiving this error. I believe it has to due with the app it self. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it, it started to work just fine for me me now. If this problem keeps going with all iPhone Facebook users, be ready for a update within this month! Hope this Helps!

I'm not sure that there is anything that you can do, but if you try contacting your mobile provider, maybe they can get something done about it. I think there is a way for them to look up exactly what each text said and everything. I don't think that they will be able to send them to your phone. But they could be printed out onto paper and sent to you.

she could have accidentally hit paste & copied something earlier than pasted it than. or she could have accidentally copied what she was texting & started typing & wrote over what she was typing

The user NOT receiving the message needs to go to settings for Messaging and turn iMessage off then on again. It has to show 'Receive messages at' settings with either phone number or email address. The phone will sometimes fail to automatically do so.

If you mean that you don't receive the delivery report message, then it'doest exist at all in apple iOS (iPhone)but can be added by some apps. Check your operator. Good luck

My nokia E63 won't send text messages. It will receive them, make calls and receive calls.

First check all the message setting i.e 1.Center number should start with prefix +........Character support it should be "Full" and the "Message sent as" should be "Text".If all these settings are correct the only way to solve is to contact / call the particular customer care.Good luck.

When printing, sentences over lap so the document is unreadable. Also it may only print the first line of a document.

Hi,

I've seen word documents do this sometimes and fixing it has worked differently each time.

1) Open the document and press CTRL + A (select all) on the keyboard and then CTRL + C (copy), then start a new document and press CTRL + V (paste). Save the new document as something different and try printing again.

2) Open the document again and select all and copy again,but this time open wordpad (a different program to Microsoft Word) by going to Start > Programs > Accessories > Wordpad, and paste the text into wordpad. This may change some of the formatting. Now, select all again, and copy, and start a new word document and paste.

Copying the text out of word and back in seems to work more often. Sometimes the best program to copy out to is notepad, but you lose pretty much all of the formatting when you copy back into word.

3) If this doesn't work, you could try to update your printer drivers, and if that doesn't work, as a last resort, you can delete the printer and create it again via the Control Panel > Printers.

I took a wack at it and it took me an hour to figure it out. Okay where is the way go to the messaging menu choose send message then go to Voice SMS okay then choose Recent List there you should see the recent contact you have texted to select the ones you want to delete and press options there you can delete the selected or delete all.
