Horizontal printing not straight

In 4 or 5 horizontal lines throughout the page, the lines are not aligned. I have run the print head alignment several times, the rail has plenty of oil on it. Nothing I do aligns the print.

Epson Stylus r220 prints with white lines... i installed a CIS and it worked fine for about 6 months, now i'm getting prints with white lines (or fine spots) i tried nozzle check, which comes out good......

Nozzle check must perfect for perfect output. There are tranversal lines at vertical straight lines that represent same point of head micro piezo. If tranversal lines no clog at all, but vertical straight lines not perfectly straight, the result not good (like horizontal white banding). Check it? Head aligment is for vertical banding. If your result is horizontal banding, you don't need to realign head. It's caused by some residual at the output of head sprayer. So, the spray of ink not straight to paper. Try to print with photo/best photo.
