Have Maytag MER5755QAW range, the oven will not heat up, the display was working isn't now, i check both elements and temp sensor, all ok

The display control will need to be replaced. It may be cheaper to replace the unit since the control is so expensive. Here is a link to the part you need.

GE free-standing electric range Pre-heat oven temp is about 50 degrees less than what is set (i.e. set digital display to 400 and over only reaches about 350). Is there an adjustment that can be made to...

We have a new GE Range and the signal beeps at about 100 degrees below the temp which we have set . The dealer replaced the sensor and the control circuit, but there was no change.
A service tech from GE came to our house and explained that the new ovens have a bottom heating element which is covered and therefore heats the lower part of the oven more slowly; but the exposed upper element heats more rapidly and the sensor is located near the upper element. We were advised to wait for about 15-20 minutes after the beep before placing the food in the oven. Judging from the number of comments found online, this seems to be a feature of newer ranges.

Mer5755 Oven losses temp. Start at 400 loses temp later

The problem is usually the ignitor not reaching the correct amp draw .When the ignitor does not reach the correct amp draw it may allow the gas valve to partially open or not open at all. The ignitor are inexpensive and easy to replace. There is a video at www.appliancehelponline.com/servicemanual.html this will walk you thru the correct procedure for performing this test. You can also enter your model # for diagrams and illustrations of your specific model. Not all models are available.

My Maytag Electric Range oven part will not heat over 200* ......

Unplug the range.
Open the oven door.
Remove the racks.
Remove the 2 screws holding the bake element to the rear wall of the range.
Carefully pull the element from the access holes in the rear wall.
Remove the wires from the element.
With your meter set for continuity, put one lead on each element end.
If you get a reading it is good.

If it is good. Replace the wires and reinstall the element.

Pull the range out from the wall.
Remove the rear panels.
Plug the range back in.
Set your meter for 220volts or more.
Careful now because you are working with live voltage.
Set the oven for bake.
Put a lead on each element terminal to check voltage.
If you have 220 volts at the element, unplug the range and unplug the temperature sensor.
Set your meter for ohms.
Check the 2 leads on the temp sensor.
If at room temp the sensor is 1050 - 1100 it is OK. If not replace it.
If the temp sensor checks out OK, replace the ERC

After temp is set bottom oven will not heat up to desired temp

you probably have a burnt out or shorted out lower bake element in you r lower oven. it sometimes will actually break apart or look like it sparked thru the black tubular section. it is common and will cause no heat during the bake cycle.
you could try to do a broil and see if it gets hot and that would let you know the control is ok and just needs the lower bake element.

MER57550AWAW electric - won't heat to selected preset temp

can you see lower (bake) element or is it hidden(under the oven floor). a visual inspection of elemnet is usually all that is required to determine if its good or not, It will have a "burn out" in it perhaps a plume of white soot around damaged area.in which case you will need to replace the element. simple enough 2screws and 2 wires part number 74010750.. if it is a "hidden" bake elemnt the floor oh oven lifts rightup to reveal it."POWER MUST BE TURNED OFF!!!!!!!! IT IS A CONSTSANTLY LIVE ELEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!
