While driving my toro wheel horse model 14-38 not mowing at the time, it died, now it will not turn over, just a small click when I turn the key. the battery is fully charged. any help would be great.

If it is getting fuel ( Crank and pull the plug) the plug will be wet with gas. That means no spark. Check all kill wires going to coil. Some switches stick. If all else fails check and clean the fly wheel (CLEAN ALL RUST OFF) Rust will conduct to ground and you will not start.

Clean off all electrical battery cables free from corrosion and they maybe loose from vibration
