I called them and they no longer sell the caps. BUT!!! They have a new system that they will send you for free if you provide the serial # and model # of the cooler. I called, 4 days later I had the new cap system and it works flawlessly!! I cannot say enough good things about Primo's customer service.

I wrapped black electrical tape around the outside circumference of the cracked seal (about 1 1/2 turns), and that fixed it. The seal comes off the water bottle when I take off the pumping cap - I just leave it inside the cap and put it on the new bottle when I'm changing bottles.

How do i winterize a primo water dispenser #601118

get a gallon of RV antifreeze (it is not toxic)
put it in cabinet where the water bottle goes, connect the intake hose to the antifreeze bottle.. Then use the dispenser as normal till the antifreeze comes out both dispensors. When you go use it next time take the antifreeze bottle out, put in a regular water bottle and run the water till the antifreeze is gone.

Spacemaker coffee

Which components of the Black & Decker SpaceMaker ODC325 Coffee Maker are you referring to? Hanging the entire assembly under a kitchen cabinet, inserting the water reservoir or coffee holder into the unit, or what?

Hose does not dispense cleaning solution, and the cleaner solution will immediately go down to the dirty water tank. It can suction, though. Any tips?

sounds to me as if you have calcium deposits from hard water.

Take your cleaner solution reservoir and fill it with Vinegar and Hot water. Place your machine in a dry bathtub and run it until the tank is empty. Do this a couple times. When it works properly run some clear water through.

I have a b and d alligator lopper that has never been used, but no manual. How is the chain lubricated? Type of oil? How is oil applied? Thx.

Information on your product, inlcuding a link to the Manual may be found here:

http://servicenet.blackanddecker.com/Products/Detail/LP1000

A high quality bar and chain oil or SAE30 weight motor oil should be used for chain and bar lubrication.

The use of a vegetable based bar and chain oil is recommended when pruning trees. Never use waste
oil or very thick oil. These may damage your chain saw.

- Before first use and every ten minutes of use you must oil the product with the recommended chain oil. Open the oiling cover and insert the bottle into the oil filling hole apply pressure to the bottle once to dispense oil.

- This should be adequate for about 10 minutes of cutting depending upon cutting speed and type of wood.

- The hole feeds the oil through to the chain onto the chain bar and an excessive amount of oil applied to the unit could mean the oil drips from the unit around the jaw area. This is normal and is nothing to be concerned about.

I have a Black and Decker ODC 460--it has been recalled BUT they want the data on the back of the unit. It is suspended from a cabinet and though they suggest it can be removed from the mounting kit...

The Use and Care Manual for your product can be found here:

http://useandcaremanuals.com/pdf/ODC460973.pdf

REMOVING THE UNIT

1. To remove unit from mounting bracket (for service or cleaning), first remove the thermal carafe. Slide your hand under the unit for support. Slide unit forward on its track guides to remove.

2. To replace the unit, slide it onto mounting bracket and all the way back until it locks into place.

Your right that they do not provide any specific instruction on whether there is a lock to release. I suspect you need to lift the unit up in the tracks before you pull forward.

Unit is seated properly but water/fluid will not come out when I press the trigger. Suction works fine. Bissell ProHeat 2X used only four times.

You need to check that the motor drive belt is OK and turning freely to drive the water pump - under the flap on the right side at the front as you look at the front of the Bissell. If this is OK have you filled the cleaning bottle with fluid etc? If so you may have an airlock in the pipe from the bottle to the motor. You can also have a blockage from the pump to the dispenser nozzles and can test this by taking off the top cover and taking the plastic tubes off them to see if water comes out of the tube. You can also do the same for the tube from the tank to the pump to see if water is getting to the pump OK. Also make sure that the mix valve setting (on the left side - looking from the front) is not turned to the off position. This could also be blocked and need cleaning or replacing.

My black and decker home cafe will not dispense water

I work for Black and Decker customer support. Our customer service phone number is 1-800-231-9786.

If the unit won't dispense the coffee, it needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, the unit can't be repaired. The unit comes with a one year warranty from the date of purchase. Please call the number above so that we can determine your warranty eligibility and help you in any way that we can.

While this doesn't actually solve your problem, I hope the information allows you to make an informed decision as to how to proceed from here. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
