This is a very cheap welder ,so dont hope for a lot out of this welder.any who this is called a feeder hose.and you'll have to practice running the wire th ru this feeder hose to straighten the wire out till the wire goes th ru the hose do not have the wire going th ru the machine that the clamp is tightened tighten after the wire is through.and then the wire should only be tight enough to push the wire through ,thats something you ll have to play with to get it right.hope this helps .jojogunne

If you are using flux core wire you need to switch the polarity of the machine. With flux core wire, your ground clamp becomes positive (lead) and your gun the ground. All you need to do is switch the cables above the feed rolls.
I wll check the gun liner and see if it is kinked. Check also your contact tip, must be same diameter as the wire, if you are running flux core wire, oversize your tip, example if wire is 030, then use a 035 tip. Check also drive rolls, for flux core must require knurled drive rolls instead of grooved ones.
You could try Canadian Tire where you bought it.
If not there, check to see if the gun is replaceable by contacting the manufacturer through their website..
Look for a reset button on the case. Make sure that you have power to the machine and at the power socket. If everything looks ok outside, you may have to investigate your warranty. Good luck!
has it done this before some wire feed welders the cheaper ones have hot switches mean that push wire all the time stuped i know but if it is not a hot switch than it is making contact some how and it could be inside the wip check it as best you can or take the wip in to where you got it from
