Yes there is a fix.But you have to flash the phone.Flash is like you flush all the memory content of the phone and install new firmware in it. I don't prefer my customer to do Flashing by themselves because while doing if it stops in between then you have to just throw the phone into dust bin it will be no more useful.
Don't go for the fake adds about they will give you the
unlock code and they will ask you to pay some dollars for it.
Only in authorized service center they can do flashing.
You can't do it at home because you need the RCA Cables for for it
